Do I need a credit card to start?
No. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial — no card required. Add billing only when you're ready.
What counts toward my contractor limit?
Only active contractors. Offboarded and archived contractors don't count, so cleaning up is free.
Is the e-signature legally valid?
Yes. Native e-sign is compliant with the ESIGN Act (US) and eIDAS (EU) for simple electronic signatures — sufficient for NDAs, MSAs, and SOWs.

How do expiry alerts work?
