Questions
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. Every account starts with a 14-day free trial of the Growth plan — no card required. Add billing only when you're ready, or switch to the Free plan.
What happens when my trial ends?
Your data stays safe, but the account becomes read-only until you choose a plan. If you fit within the Free plan's limits (3 contractors, 1 team member) you can switch to Free at any time.
What counts toward my contractor limit?
Only active contractors. Offboarded and archived contractors don't count, so cleaning up is free. Need a few more? Add an Extra Contractor Pack (+25) instead of jumping tiers.
Is the e-signature legally valid?
Yes. Native e-sign is compliant with the ESIGN Act (US) and eIDAS (EU) for simple electronic signatures — sufficient for NDAs, MSAs, and SOWs.
Can I import my existing spreadsheet?
Yes. Download the CSV template, paste your contractors in, and import in one click — with validation and a preview before anything is saved.
How do expiry alerts work?
We email you at 60, 30, 14, 7, and 1 days before any document or COI expires, plus a same-day alert. An in-app bell mirrors every alert.
